Interim principles

  • STATR is a qualification and matching platform; it does not act as a buyer’s or seller’s agent.
  • All property information is provided for guidance; buyers should verify independently before committing.
  • Developer partnerships are subject to separate commercial agreements signed offline.
  • Misuse, scraping, or automated mass-querying of the platform is prohibited.
